MADISON, Wis. - Just as summer winds down and Wisconsin residents are bracing for cooler autumn weather, #Matt Krueger# is packing sunscreen along with his baseball cleats and glove. The Edgewood College graduate has signed a professional baseball contract with the Wanneroo Giants which is a member of the Western Australia Baseball Clubs. The Giants are located in the city of Madeley which is a suburb of Perth on Australia's west coast.

MADISON, Wis. – In a game of runs the winning team is usually the team the goes a run late and has momentum down the stretch. However, that was not the case on Wednesday night as the Edgewood College men’s soccer team came back from a two-goal halftime deficit, but could not get over the hump as Ripon College tallied the last goal and took the game from the Eagles 3-2.

MADISON, Wis. - So far, 2010 looks a lot like 2009. Five-set matches and freshmen filling key roles. The Edgewood College women’s volleyball team bounced back from a 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 25-15) loss to 14th-ranked UW-Whitewater to edge Lawrence University 3-2 (25-21, 23-25, 23-25, 25-20, 15-13) in a thrilling five-set match. The Eagles played a whopping 11 five-set matches in 33 outings last year.
