Berta highlights All-NAC baseball selections

MADISON, Wis. - Senior second baseman Alex Berta led a group of four Edgewood College baseball players who earned end of the year honors from the Northern Athletics Conference. Fellow seniors Cory McCullick and Rick Walsh received honorable mention while freshman Glenn Nowell was named to the All-Freshman team.

Walsh fires one-hitter on last day of season

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Senior pitcher Rick Walsh made his final appearance as an Eagle memorable by firing a complete game, one-hit shutout at MSOE on the final day of the regular season. The Eagles swept the Raiders 4-0 in game one behind Walsh and then claimed the nightcap 12-8.

VERONA, Wis. – The Edgewood College baseball team has been bailing water for the last two weeks, but on Wednesday night their ship finally sunk. The Eagles dropped both ends of a doubleheader to Dominican University 1-0 and 13-3 to fall to 10-10 in the league and eliminate themselves from reaching the NAC Baseball Tournament.
