EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – After the Edgewood College women’s tennis team won the NAC Championship last weekend, they wrapped up their fall season at UW-Eau Claire. The Eagles played both UW-Eau Claire and UW-Whitewater, with the outcomes being the same, 9-0 defeats.

MADISON, Wis. - If last season’s Northern Athletics Conference Women’s Tennis Championship was a comfortable drive down an open highway, this year’s version was a white-knuckle commute through an ice storm and falling rocks. In the end though, the Edgewood College tennis team arrived at the same destination; a second straight NAC Championship and a second straight automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.

The Eagles will attempt to win their second straight conference title at the Northern Athletics Conference Women's Tennis Championships this weekend at the Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, Wis.
