MADISON, Wis. – Heavy rains across the area have washed out a second straight doubleheader for Edgewood College. A meeting with Concordia Chicago was postponed on Sunday due to poor field conditions with no make-up date announced as of yet. The Eagles will host Rockford College on Senior Day on Monday at Ceniti Park in Verona, Wis.

The Eagles (15-17, 9-9 NAC) currently remain in seventh place behind Concordia Wisconsin (18-20, 12-10 NAC). Edgewood College will need to rattle off an impressive string of wins to conclude the regular season for a chance at the No. 6 spot in the Northern Athletics Conference tournament. The Falcons hold the tie-breaker thanks to a sweep of the Eagles earlier in the year. A sweep of the Regents (15-19, 7-13 NAC) could go a long way for Edgewood College and would extend their tournament hopes.
